Hi, every subscriber:

As the year 2020 is now having gone by, some of you may have had several, terrible experiences because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which had evolved in the last year in China suddenly. I wish to express my deepest sympathies to such people by writing this article. I have also experienced a lot, as a practicing general physician. My four children are also medical doctors. They have been on the front line of the war against the virus, where ECMO therapy is inevitable. Vaccination is the only way to the brightest future of the free world of this potentially lethal viral disease. Fortunately, several pharmaceutical industries have developed useful vaccines against the virus, as we have already started our vaccination. Hopefully, we all Japanese will also be able to be vaccinated within several months.

By the way, I found a funny but quite useful you-tube video titled above. In short, this you-tuber Mr. Joe Inoue says not to use slang by any means on any occasion and to make every effort to use the politest English you can. I had lived in the US and had felt exactly so. There is one reason why I decided to write this article in English and not in Japanese. If you read this article quite easily, you will understand this important issue appropriately.

I wish you a happier year in 2021 and hope you stay at your home as much as you can until you would complete your vaccination.

Sincerely yours,

Sashichi
